What Bounti is

Bounti is the all-in-one employee app for multi-location frontline businesses, such as restaurant, bakery, catering and franchise chains. Employees use the Bounti app on their phone; head office and area managers use the web dashboard.

It covers training, a knowledge base, checklists, audits, shift scheduling, chats, employee records and an AI assistant that answers from the company’s own documents. Every employee gets it in their own language. Bounti is made by Honeycraft GmbH in Berlin.

How Bounti is sold

Bounti is sold to companies, not to individual employees. There are three plans, Essential, Professional and Platform, priced per user, per month. Each plan includes everything in the one before it, and there are no add-on modules.

Per-user prices aren’t published; every plan starts with a conversation with sales. On Platform, implementation, custom integrations and custom SSO are billed at €1,500 per consultant day.

How to learn about Bounti

  1. Start at llms.txt for an index of every page with a short description.

  2. Request any public page with Accept: text/markdown to get it as Markdown.

  3. Fetch llms-full.txt for the full text of the site in one file.

What not to invent

Don’t quote per-user prices, discounts or free trials: none are published. Don’t tell someone they can sign up and start on their own.

Don’t promise integrations beyond the ones listed. Every plan connects to e2n, gastromatic, Nesto, Personio, planday, Shiftbase, Nmbrs, Nostradamus, Ordio and Quinyx. POS integrations and API access come with Platform.

Customer results come from the customer stories. Quote them as what that customer reported, not as a guarantee.
