Meet the new Bounti — visually cleaner, more intuitive, and built for how frontline teams actually work.
There's a saying in software: never change a running system. We changed ours anyway. Not because something was broken — but because "working" and "great" are two very different things, and we knew Bounti could be better. For your team using it every day. And for us, building on it every week.

Why we redesigned Bounti
A cleaner, more precise interface
Every screen has been rebuilt to reduce noise and make the most important things immediately visible. Less clutter. More clarity. The kind of interface that feels obvious the moment you open it.
Built for how your team actually works
We know a lot of your employees work on iPads — on the floor, between shifts, during briefings. Bounti 2.0 is the first version truly designed for it. But the same care went into every device. Whether your team is on a phone, a tablet, or a desktop — the experience is clean, consistent, and built for the way frontline teams actually work.
What's new in Bounti 2.0
A cleaner, more precise interface
The redesign isn't just cosmetic. Every screen has been rebuilt to reduce noise and make the most important things immediately visible. Less clutter. More clarity. The kind of interface that feels obvious the moment you open it.
Available on every device

We know a lot of your employees work on iPads. Bounti 2.0 is the first version truly designed for it.
The layout is structured, the spacing is right, and navigating feels natural on a larger screen. But the same care went into every device. Whether your team is on a phone, a tablet, or a desktop — the experience is clean, consistent, and built for the way frontline teams actually work.
Notification Centre
In the old version of Bounti, staying on top of what was happening meant checking multiple places.
A task update here, a comment there, an announcement somewhere else.
The Notification Centre fixes this by bringing everything into a single stream — task updates, mentions, course assignments, manager feedback, all in the order they happened. You open it, you see what's new, you act on it.
For managers overseeing multiple locations, this means less manual check-ins and more time spent on the things that actually need attention.

@Mentions in comments
Tag a colleague directly in a news post comment and they'll be notified immediately.
Whether it's a manager flagging something for a team lead or two departments coordinating on a change — the conversation stays where the content is.
Less context-switching, fewer things getting lost in chat threads.

Listening Mode
Team members can now listen to training courses in their own language — hands-free, while on the move.
This is valuable for frontline teams who are rarely sitting at a desk: the course plays like a podcast, during a commute, between tasks, or while preparing for a shift.
But the bigger impact is for people for whom reading is genuinely difficult.
Dyslexia affects an estimated 10–15% of the population. Low literacy, vision challenges, or simply not having grown up reading in the language a document is written in — these are everyday realities for many frontline workers.
Listening Mode doesn't single anyone out. It just makes training accessible in a different way.
Everyone gets the same content. Everyone gets to choose how they receive it.

Aras — AI Search
Your company's knowledge is already in Bounti. The problem was never that the information didn't exist — it was finding the right piece of it, in 30 seconds, mid-shift.
Aras answers any question in your team's own language, pulling the answer directly from your own Bounti content. Every answer links back to the source. If the answer isn't there, Aras says so — it never guesses.
For multi-location teams speaking different languages, this is especially powerful: a question in Spanish can pull an answer from a document written in German, translated on the spot.

A new login experience
A lot of frontline workers don't have company email addresses and asking them to remember a password they set up months ago, at the start of a shift, creates unnecessary friction.
The new login is faster, cleaner, and built for the way frontline teams actually work. Getting into the app should feel like opening a door, not solving a puzzle.

The bigger change: under the surface
The features above are what you'll notice immediately. But the more significant change is what you won't see.
The new design is built on a foundation that lets us move faster. Features that used to take weeks to ship now take days. That means more improvements reaching you more often and a Bounti that keeps getting better at a pace that matches how quickly your business grows.
We rebuilt Bounti 2.0 for your team. But also for ours.
What this means for existing customers
If you're already using Bounti, the update rolls out automatically. Your content, your teams, and your settings are all exactly where you left them — just in a better-looking, better-functioning home.
For new customers, Bounti 2.0 is the version you'll start with from day one.
